Troy is a food and beverage industry executive of over 30 years. He has an entrepreneurial spirit that keeps bringing him back to business ownership. He brings passion and enthusiasm to help both the customer and supplier partners. He believes the keys to success are to under promise, over deliver and always operate with honesty and integrity.
Troy is married with 4 children, 3 grandchildren, and 2 dogs. He loves to golf (although not well) and anything in the water during his free time.

Lisa Hall
CFO/Owner
Working as a Senior Accountant, Lisa brings over 20 years of experience in a Controllership role, and in a wide variety of industries, specializing in small business. Her key to success is to communicate, communicate, communicate and she likes to stay busy. One of the reasons she chose to become an Accountant is for the closure of tying up all the little details. This drive for closure is evident in her specialty for clean-up and finding errors. As she puts it, “If there are errors, I will find them!” Another specialty of Lisa’s is QuickBooks conversion, and she has multiple QuickBooks certifications including Intuit QuickBooks Online Advanced Certified, Intuit QuickBooks Desktop Certified and Intuit QuickBooks Desktop Enterprise Certified. She also has over 20 years of experience with QuickBooks. Lisa completed the AMA Women’s Leadership Certificate Program and is a Certified Professional Manager. Lisa is a member of the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Lisa graduated with Honors from Davenport University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration in Accounting and Business Communications.
Dustin Paas
Sr. Business Development Manager
Dustin graduated from Central Michigan University with his Bachelors of Science in 2015. Dustin has spent the last 5 years learning the ins and outs of retail. Dustin's experience working for RJ Reynolds has taught him the importance of effective communication and always putting the customer first. He considers honesty and transparency to be the most important traits to have when conducting business.
Dustin is married with two wonderful dogs. He likes to spend his spare time with family and watch sports. He is a bit of a connoisseur of micro-brews.
